Cons: Dreckige abgenutzte Tassen,abgewetztes Sofa,dreckiger teppichboden mit Flecken unbekannter Art.keine Steck dose Im Bad u. Keine Heizung Im Bad,Schimmel am Badrand. Tiefgaragenplatz von anderen belegt,keine Hilfe hierzu vom Vermietet.Echte Sauerei. Mussten Tassen Im Supermarket kaufen. Fliesen Im Bad Kurz vorm abfallen. Backofen total versaut.einbruchspuren an Wohnungstür,sicherheitskette fehlt

Pros: En-suite shower was amazing. Well stocked kitchen and a comfortable few sofas in the living area. Bed was warm and comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets were available if needed. Lots of extra soap, toilet roll and even some washing tabs were there on arrival. Great internet connection too.
Cons: Few items in the kitchen weren't clean on arrival and there was a door missing to one of the cupboards. Could really do with a tumble dryer in there. Washing machine is great, but we had to hang our clothes on racks next to the heaters so the apartment was really warm. Bathroom extractor fans are a bit asthmatic, could do with a bit more grunt.

Pros: The location is away from the city centre but for us it was no issue as we had a rental car and there was parking provided. for the day we went in to the city centre we used the bus. The Bus stop (no 10) is about 150 m from the apartment. That for us was a bonus. On the day we drove out to the Trossachs National Park the location was fine. Just watch the 20mph zone in the area. Speed cameras. Communication from Lisa was excellent, prompt and clear. Proximity to the ASDA Superstore is a plus. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We would definitely book here again if we return.
Cons: No fixed rails or hanging in the bathroom for towels and clothes. Just a small folding frame. Lift decided not to work on our last 24 hours and there is no internal access from the basement garage to the apartment (security feature which is probably a plus). Had to walk outside through the garage door and back in the front door. I am sure the lift normally works though.

Pros: I was absolutely ecstatic that this building had lifts. Lots of parking and even an umbrella for inclement weather.
Cons: I hate UHT milk, My only complaint
