This unique and luxurious Shepherds Hut has all the facilities of a luxury suite of any top hotel. It is fully insulated and double glazed for all year round use, an extra long full-size double bed, a two seater sofa, indoor and outdoor seating areas, a breakfast bar overlooking the River Spean, a beautifully tiled fully enclosed shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin, wood burning stove (all wood provided during your stay) a two ring hob, sink, fridge and microwave. All linen and towels are provided during your stay. There are 2 No: USB sockets as well as the usual sockets for charging devices and free wi-fi is also included. Outside is a wonderful wrap around decking area to sit and relax, listen to the ducks on the river, and just enjoying the simple things.

Pros: My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, it's a beautiful place to stay, rachel was so welcoming from the moment we arrived, all of the essentials were provided, even homemade scones. We will definitely be back.

Pros: Excellent stay in this cosy bothy property in Spean Bridge. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts and we were given a lovely, warm welcome. The property has a small kitchen with microwave and fridge and there is a wood burning stove for winter warmth. Lots of nice attention to detail such as providing bread, milk, jam and scones for our arrival which all were much appreciated. So peaceful being next to the river! Within easy walk of the village of Spean Bridge and various places to eat, drink and shop. Excellent stay! Highly recommended!

Pros: We stayed at the Riverside Bothy for two nights and loved everything about it, The owner Rachel was amazing, as were the home made scones and fresh coffee. The location of the Bothy is right next to the river and there is a wood burning stove too. The bed was very comfortable and the accommodation was immaculate. There is no T.V. which is absolutely ideal as this is a place to visit to get away from it all. That being said, there is WiFi should you feel the need to check in or post some pictures! There is a hotel across the road where we met some friendly locals and the Fort William Ski Range Gondola is a short drive away, worth a visit to have lunch and a coffee up the mountain. We will definitely return!

Pros: Very private location down a short path next to the river. Great location as only a short drive to fort William for walking up ben nevis. The bothy was very clean, the shower was great, the fire was warm. I'd stay again

Pros: Wonderful unique property in Spean Bridge area. Super well equipped with everything you need for your stay & a wonderful host, Rachel who was very attentive. Bed was very comfy, log fire was excellent and kitchen facilities fantastic for our stay. Area around the lodge was quiet & secluded, very peaceful.
