The guest house is also my home with my own self contained attached living accommodation, enabling me to be on premises at most times, except when I’m out walking my dogs. Over the seven years we have maintained & built up a well loved, well run business, welcoming back so many regular returning guests, many of whom have become good friends. Made it a comfy home from home for all to enjoy,

Pros: The initial reception I received from the owner was really lovely. Helen is an exceptional hostess and she made me feel very relaxed and welcome. The room was really lovely and the decor was modern and fresh. The room was very well equipped with everything I could need. Even better equipped than some expensive hotels I have stayed in. There were numerous personal touches that were thought of such as a fan, tissues, wet wipes and even chocolates. The bathroom/ shower was clean and refreshing and the Bed, well what can I say! It was comfier than my own bed with pillows like Marshmallows...lovely! Had a super sleep and woke up restful. The breakfast was also personalised as I am a pescatarian so Helen made me smoked Haddock and poached egg especially for me, which was delicious. I was totally thrilled with the whole experience at Riverside and would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Sleaford on business or for pleasure. Well done Helen, you and your staff have done a super job.
Cons: There wasn't much not to like. The only thing that I could possibly say was that the noise from outside, I.e people walking past and traffic was a little noticeable later in the evening, however as soon as my head hit those comfy pillows, I was out like a light! Bravo Helen x

Pros: Absolutely loved our stay this weekend, from the lovely warm welcome from Helen, our cosy bedroom and ensuite facilities and the fantastic breakfast!!!! Nothing was too much trouble and in fact Helen had covered all the bases - including make up cleansing wipes (which I found very useful as I'd actually forgotten mine!). We had the full English breakfast and it was lovely - totally set us up for the day We will definitely stay again in the future

Cons: We stayed at The Riverside while attending our daughter's graduation at Cranwell. It was the perfect place to stay, Helen was welcoming and lovely, our rooms were spotless and had everything we needed and lots of little touches and extras, amazing breakfast which set us up for the day! Thank you Helen, we would highly recommend.
