Riverside Suites Llangollen

Pros: Excellent town centre location. Plenty of nearby parking. Immaculately clean throughout. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, 2 Wi-Fi enabled TVs. Outdoor sitting area was a welcome surprise too. What more could you want?

Pros: Where to begin. Our host - Bethan, from booking (her communication is the best i've experienced around the UK to date) to leaving (after offering us an extended stay by way of a flexible check out due to the passing storm) she is an incredible host - in communication she has made the Goldilocks principle her own.. not too much, not too little.. but absolutely perfect. The balance from messaging to see if there's anything you need, just lightly offering recommendations in the area to eat; directions and general light communication is spot on. She arranged for our car pass to unload the luggage, as we were paking on the high street. From the outside it is tastefully & plainly decorated, offering you & indication as to what awaits you inside. We found the suite absolutely spotless, lovely country home features, mixed gracefully with modern touches. Arriving through the door, we were greeted with a lovely warm home (Bethan did say she'd put the heating on) much welcomed on a cold, windy winters day! Gorgeous country Kitchen downstairs with a view of the river..& the secret garden. We found a loaf, butter & milk waiting for us along with all you ever need to cook, clean & eat. Our bedoom faced the river, & listening to the waters rush of an evening was meditative. The room again is immaculate, decorated beautifully & very peaceful to rest & sleep. Living room is ultra cosy with Lshaped sofa & netflix.. we settled instantly! Bathroom is gorgeous with exposed stone wall, & great shower & again.. the finishing is outstanding. This is all why this gem is five star! So many towels.. and it must be said the softest ever. The lux toiletries left for us were so appreciated! Thank you. This is one place i will relish returning to again & again. Oh & for the location.. 10/10.

Cons: There’s not one thing that we could fault! Everything was perfect.

Pros: The place was absolutely immaculate upon arrival, it was warm and cosy, clean, welcoming feel to it. Every room was well laid out and spacious. I would definitely recommend here to everyone.

Pros: The beds were super comfy, the bed linen was so fresh and the whole of both apartments smelt incredible. There were lovely finishing touches as we were staying over the weekend of mine and my husband's wedding so rose petals on the bed, bride and groom on the pillow etc - really made a difference. Fab welcome packages of tea, bread, milk etc too. Also, the secret garden is just incredible ... We had a cup of tea in the morning in the garden overlooking the river....a perfect start to married life :) Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Cons: Absolutely nothing to improve, it was perfect for us.
