Riverview is the perfect family holiday home for a riverside village escape. Located in the very peaceful Dittisham Court in the heart of Dittisham. Riverview benefits from its own private grassy garden and balcony as well as superb views of the river Dart and a distant Dartmoor from the sitting room and master bedroom. You are only a short stroll from the village amenities and a wander down the hill to the quayside. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, the first has a king-size bed the second is a bunk room as well as the family bathroom with bath, shower over, toilet and wash basin. Guests will also find the washer dryer in the family bathroom. Upstairs there is the open plan living space with well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The kitchen is complete with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The lounge area has 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, wood burner, TV and DVD player. The dining table seats 6 and looks out over the garden and countryside towards the river via the patio doors out to a small balcony. Upstairs again takes you to the light and airy en suite kingsize bedroom. There is an additional single bedroom on this floor. Onsite parking.
