Roomspace Serviced Apartments - Watling Street

Pros: Location it’s amazing.

Cons: Door lock was stuck from inside. Couldn't actually get into flat. Needs a new lock

Pros: I liked nothing

Cons: I did not appreciate the lack of services during my stay. They called their rooms, serviced rooms but in fact people who book for less than 8 nights do not have their rooms' serviced. Even the linens and the bath towels are not changed. The most hateful is the fact that they let you pay on booking.com before saying that your room will not be serviced because you booked for less than 8 nights. I felt trapped because i could not cancel my reservation without losing my money when i had just learned that my room would not be cleaned. Booking.com have to seriously review their conditions because some crooks make false promises that they do not respect at all. If you like staying in dirty not cleaned room with unchanged linens and bath towels this is for you.

Pros: That it was easy to access, clean.

Cons: Very very very noisy. Couldn’t work inside at all.

Pros: 通常のホテルよりも優れた点は無し。他の同様のアパート形式の宿泊施設の方が良い印象。

Cons: 日本人の感覚では鍵が固過ぎて回らず、スタッフが現地に居ないので片言英語で電話し、予備の鍵で何とか開きました（電話代はこちら負担。同じ金額でスタッフがいるアパートタイプの宿泊場所もありますのでそちらをお勧め）。夕方以降、家の前の1本道にアパート横のバー利用者が連日夜遅くまで溢れ、スーツケースなど手荷物があると非常に通りずらく、不便でした（治安もよく見えませんでした）。「広い所にアップグレードしました」と直前に元々予約していたアパートから移動させられましたが、おそらくwブッキング等で宿泊できなかったと推察します。料金も元の場所の方が高かったと思います。駅から近いことは利点ですが、その他が全く良くないので、こちらの場所もこちらの会社も二度と利用したくないです。

Pros: Comfy bed, everything you would need in the kitchen.

Cons: Bathroom needs upgrade, old shower which could do with replacing or at least an extra clean to remove mould and staining, bathroom door scrapes on floor. Appt very hot when sunny and no air con.
