Pros: The room was excellent I stayed in the penthouse suite and it was better than I ever expected. The staff were kind and very helpful
Cons: I thought I could check in earlier than 3 but when we go there the room wasn't ready yet. I can't think of anything else wrong with it!

Pros: All aspects of stay had been exceeded. Location was excellent, size of the room and facilities was good and it was great value for money. Will be using these again on our next visit.

Pros: I had trouble with paying for the spot and then when it was finally sorted they were so lovely with how many tries it took, and then when we got there we were also upgraded to a suite for free

Pros: The location was great, right next to some quirky bars. Close enough to walk into the centre of town in a couple of minutes but far enough away for it to be peaceful. The lady called Star on reception was a every bit a star in her help in making us feel welcome and decorating the room to surprise my wife on her birthday. Would recommend and would happily return.

Pros: Booked a room here for 3 nights for a short break. When checking in was informed I had been upgraded for free, not sure why but wasn’t complaining! staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was huge, clean, and came with absolutely everything anyone could need for a short stay. Could not fault this place whatsoever. Will definitely be booking here on my next visit.
