Pros: Very good evening meal and staff. Comfy beds.

Cons: Very greasy breakfast cooked in unhealthy veg oil. Little attention for topping up tea. Green tea drew a blank. Cold in the room, no heat at all in the morning. Temperamental noisy toilet. No warning that it takes an awful long time to get any hot water to the shower.

Pros: Dog friendly. The food was good. William, the guy was looking after everything pretty much on his own but was brilliant.

Cons: It's an old building so floors are rather wonky. The fittings in the bathroom had seen better days. Only seemed to be one member of staff trying to look after everything.

Pros: Bar and food excellent. Great ambience in the small bar. Bed very comfortable. Quiet location.

Cons: Towells not good. Shower terrible. Curtains let so much light in they might as well not have been there.

Pros: nice location in the village centre, I had steak pie and it was really good, friendly helpful staff

Cons: could do with a deep clean, new curtains, shower and lots of paint although the woodchip wallpaper is nearly smooth!!!!

Cons: It was hot and window painted permanently shut! Like an oven. Ran out of ice in bar for drinks. Ran out of chips at evening mea! Not clean.I could go on.

Pros: Nice people and interesting building. It is old so accept the floor creaks and slopes as that is part of character of the place.
