Pros: Good communication by owner

Pros: We liked the location, the privacy, the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The cottage is fully equipped for care-free self-catering tourists, it is clean and comfortable, with all kitchen appliances. The Wi Fi was exceptionally good. The cottage is in a nice small village in the middle of Peak District, close to lots of landmarks and places of interest. We had lovely time!

Pros: Location was ideal for the White Peak and High Peak. The views were spectacular. It was on a quiet road with easy access out.

Pros: La maison, quoiqu'un peu petite, contient tout ce qu'il faut pour quatre personnes. Le jardin est petit mais offre une belle vue sur la campagne verdoyante. Les voisins sont aimables et prêts à rendre service.

Cons: Le séjour a mal commencé car les propriétaires étaient absents et nous n'en avions pas été informés. Le numéro de téléphone qu'on nous avait donné n'était pas celui des propriétaires et on n'a pu l'avoir qu'au bout d'un long moment. On n'a pas réussi à les joindre tout de suite. Batterie du portable déchargée. Heureusement une voisine a réussi à les joindre et on a pu avoir le code d'une boîte qui contenait la clé. On n'a jamais vu les propriétaires. C'est regrettable! Forte odeur de chien dans le salon mais la faute en revient probablement aux locataires précédents.

Pros: Bed comfy. Good, large kitchen and shower. Great views from property.

Cons: Dishwasher not dissolving tablets. Could provide a few things, e.g. a toothbrush mug, but nothing critical. No local shop. Local pub seems to be closed most of the time. There's very little to not like.
