Pros: Easy . Member of public handing the keys out along with the key codes.
Cons: Every thing. We arrived after 4pm and none of the cottages were made up and all were not clean.

Pros: Location was ideal and cottage comfortable.
Cons: Disappointed at been asked to pay £30 per dog after booking. The dogs are little lap dogs too. When we got there a sign then said they werent allowed upstairs so i dont know what the £60 was actually for. This charge wasnt made clear on booking and if it had been we wouldnt have gone to that particular property.

Pros: Excellent location, with a couple of great pubs in easy walking distance. Wonderful beach a little further to walk or a 2min drive. The cottage itself was well laid out and well equipped. Comfortable beds. It’s a place to base your holiday in Northumberland
Cons: Why, why, why....... old horse things on the walls and a damp smelly saddle on the staircase????? If you have bad knees then avoid the Sofa. It’s so low down and hard to get up from

Pros: Comfy beads, close to a local pub. It's actually a shame I can't say anything more positive as I don't give such negative feedback usually
Cons: I'd say the cleaner actually needs to clean the place, the cracks of the sofa were filled with food, the carpet was filthy, the saddle on the window sill was covered in dust and mould. We had to have our 2 year old sleep in our room as the spare room window couldn't be locked so was a hazard. Spaghetti left on the dining room chairs, and the high chair was still covered in the previous guests food. Also if you want a peaceful stay avoid bank holidays as the local pub has bands playing and gets pretty loud. And there was a bit of trim missing off the book case with nails sticking out, another hazard if you have a toddler.

Pros: Loved the location close to the beach and local pub. The layout of the cottage was good and the kitchen had sufficient equipment.
Cons: Small things such as no bath plug, leaking washing up bowl and missing bulb in bedroom lamp. Bought a bath plug and left message regarding bowl and bulbs.
