10 Wonderful. Even the teenagers didn’t want to leave

Pros: The lodge was the perfect escape. It was in the most beautiful setting. A lake and a woods on our doorstep that had the teens off social media and outside climbing trees rowing boats and splashing in muddy puddles. We played board games when we were in the lodge. The lodge itself was beautiful. Everything you need. We were even left everything required to make a lovely breakfast. The dog thought he was in heaven. He literally roamed free the whole time we were there. Will definitely be going back soon

Cons: Absolutely nothing it was perfect

Pros: The location was beautiful and the house tidy and clean! Lovely touch to arrive to a plate of fantastic local food, Very appreciated! The fact the owners allowed us to check out at our leisure so we had extra time to enjoy another breakfast of said food!

Cons: Nothing! The only thing I noted was that the glass sliding door on the shower was off its bottom runner!

Pros: The surroundings were beautiful with great facilities. We had had insufficient time to explore them all properly.

Cons: The sleeping arrangements were tight for five adults but perfectly acceptable for a short stay. The third bed room would be fine for young children
