Pros: All I can say is WOW. This hotel is magnificent. We came in after a long day and travel from Liverpool to be greater by warm friendly staff. Our room was huge. With a royal four poster bed. Everything was sparkling clean and so comfy. I slept and felt like a princess. The curtains were so heavy and there were additional blinds. Lovely shower and tub. A wonderful sleep. We had a late dinner, I was surprised the restaurant was still open. which was delicious and five star. The waiter was very attentive. Nothing was a trouble. Our breakfast was also delicious. I hope this hotel weathers the storm of the corona virus and doesn’t have to shut. It’s really lovely and a true treat. We would love to visit again.

Pros: There are lots of positive things to say about this hotel, the stand out being: 1. The staff, (especially the blonde lady on reception who was particularly nice, sorry I've forgot her name), who were all very friendly and professional and happy to help. 2. The location of the hotel itself being only a few minutes walk to Paddington tube/train station, from which you are also able to get the Heathrow Express train and be at Heathrow airport in about 15 minutes. 3. The room we were in was located on a quiet upper floor with a view out, so we heard no noise at all during our stay, and the room itself was well decorated with a lovely bathroom with a bath, and a pretty and comfortable bed.

Cons: Can't think of anything we didn't like.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was beautiful and spacious and very clean. Bed was comfy, robes and slippers were a nice added bonus.

Pros: Loved the little intricate bits they did for christmas! Had santa footprints going into the tooms and had a xmas sock on the door! Loved the staff very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and the rooms were beautiful as well. Perfect place for two

Cons: We really do not know why a deposit of £150 is necessary in addition to full payment at arrival. Our room and bath were very cold.
