Pros: The room and especially the bathroom at the top were very nice!! Very cosy and nice place, owners and their dogs are very friendly :-)

Pros: What a little treasure we have found. The friendly owners make you feel right at home. Fantastic cooking skills, laid back attitude and a lovely, lovely b&b offer the full package. There’s really nothing else you could wish for...

Pros: Wonderful location! Beautiful home with lovely attention to detail. Very comfortable beds. I would recommend and would return to stay. Thank you!
Cons: The only thing I’d wish for is a bath rather than a shower, however, I know that plans for an extension are being made.

Pros: I loved the B&B. It was exactly what I was looking for. The home was well taken care of, clean, and thoughtfully decorated by the owners. I enjoyed a good night sleep with a very warm duvet, house temperature was comfortable too. Sharon and Davide were pleasant and gave advice on where to take a short walk and our local dinner options. The house had a nice solarium outback with a lovely garden. I enjoyed my breakfast in the morning and especially the mixed berry compote.

Pros: The hosts are fantastic warm and welcoming, views are stunning and Rosebank is just beautiful. Breakfast was amazing and delighted that using own grown produce. Will be back xx

Pros: Really friendly B&B, breakfast was very good and interesting. We liked the suite for four people (one family room -double and single- and a twin), which makes it perfect for families .

Pros: We stopped at Rosebank for one night on our way North and felt thoroughly welcomed by Sharon and Davide and cannot recommend it enough. Everything about the place is very high quality and we will almost certainly come back in years to come.
