Above a double garage adjoining the owners property. accessed by it's own exterior stone steps, one parking space. Open plan, carpeted living area, double bed, leather sofa & a table & chairs. Well equipped kitchen area with electric hob (no oven), microwave, electric kettle & toaster. Shower room with electric shower. Free Wifi. There is a 32inch LED Smart HD TV with built in DVD player and a Wireless DAB Hi-FI. Towels are provided. You are welcome to use the owners garden & gas BBQ .
