The apartment is at the top floor of our house, prestigious and quiet area with a short walk to the town, conference centre, stations and Bettey's tea room. Next to Valley garden and HLC. Free parking and breakfast is included, We could accommodate up to 4 people. Main bed room could be a superking bed or twin beds, large sitting room has a large and comfortable double bed settee, we could provide a folding bed if 4 singles stay. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, other cooking facilities and etc. Bathroom has both bath and shower facilities. Breakfast includes break, cereals, porridge, fruits, jams, milk, tea, coffee and etc.

I am a busy mum, daughter is going to be 14 this weekend, husband enjoys working on his steam locomotive and restoring vintage railway carriages. Our dog (Dexter) is going to be 5 and he is very friendly to our guests.

We are next to Valley Garden, short walk to the centre. York, Leeds, Skipton and reply just between 10 to 30 min by car. Half hour to Leeds Bradford airport
