Pros: Very comfortable bed, clean, nice having a Christmas tree and parking.
Cons: Would love a 2 seater sofa instead of the chairs (not comfortable). Door very awkward to lock. The noise from plumbing was ridiculous out of three nights I got about 6 hours sleep.
