Rossall House has 8 bedrooms, all of which are all En-Suite. With a mixture of family rooms, sleeping between 3 and 5 guests and we also have 2 doubles and a single room. Our 2 family rooms which sleep 5, consist of two bedrooms each, making them perfect for families. They both have a king size bed in the main room, large Smart TVs and a table top fridge. Our family room for 4 also has a table top fridge. The decor of Rossall House has a modern feel to it & we pride ourselves on our customer service and the ability to provide a quality stay in a modern, clean, bright Guest House. We have a cosy bar area for our guests to relax in after a busy day visiting Blackpool’s attractions offering a variety of beers, lagers and spirits, including our famous Pink Gin Fizz!. Our quality breakfast, which is popular with our guests, consists of cereals, copious amounts of toast, a choice of cooked breakfast, fruit, yogurts, juice and a variety of teas and coffees. For the families with young babies, we have changing mats, nappy bins and sacks available but must be booked. We are partnered with both Merlin, offering 30% discount on tickets and Viva Vegas with 15% discount on shows.
We took over Rossall House in 2017, hitting the ground running. Jo has over 20 years’ experience in the hotel trade, working in customer services for a large hotel with over 516 rooms. Andy has experience of the hospitality trade as his mum has previously owned B&B’s in Blackpool along with running successful Public House’s in Stoke-on-Trent (our home town). Andy cooks your breakfast and has nothing but praise from our guests…Jo will take your orders offering alternative suggestions to the menu if required and available. We pride ourselves as we do not employ anyone to clean the rooms or help in any way, we do it all ourselves and will only allow guests into the room when we are happy with the standard of cleaning. Andy is a keen amateur photographer and you will see some of his work around our Guest House and as a family, we like to cycle and of course, walk the Promenade whenever we can along with sitting on the steps taking in the spectacular sunsets Blackpool has to offer! Our favourite pier is the sedate North Pier…so relaxing!
We are located in South Shore, Blackpool with just a 2 minute stroll to the Promenade and Beach. With the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Waterpark, South Pier and the largest Weatherspoon (Velvet Coaster) a mere 10 minute saunter away. Central Pier and the start of the Merlin attractions, Sealife, is just a 15 minute walk away or why not purchase a tram saver ticket for the duration of your stay so you can just hop on and off the trams and buses when the fancy takes you. There is a fantastic Indian Restaurant, Taj Mahal, just 2 mins away and if you fancy a Chinese buffet, you won’t go wrong with Jade Delight. For an Italian, try Casa Franco or for a steak, look up The Eating Inn, both just along the prom from us. For something special, we would highly recommend The Bank, offering bistro style service and for fish and chips, Yorkshire Fisheries has got to be the place (although there are many fantastic Fish & Chip establishments in Blackpool). We look forward to welcoming you to both Blackpool and of course Rossall House.

Pros: The welcome was so friendly and lovely. They helped with our bags and were so kind to my daughter and her friend who are only 7 and 10. They explained everything well and upgraded our room to a triple free of charge (was supposed to go with my partner and daughter however it changed last minute so they ensured we all had a bed).
Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The room was lovely, modern, well decorated and clean and the bathroom was the same. Really impressed.
