Pros: The owners go out of their way to make you feel so welcome. The accommodation is very comfortable, beds are comfy, breakfast very good, and location is excellent for Perth and many surrounding locations, you will not be disappointed!! 😊

Pros: Absolutely everything. Bed was super comfy, breakfast was cooked well and ingredients were top quality. Hosts were super nice. Nothing was too much trouble.

Pros: Excellent pre - arrival information and assistance with request. Warmly welcomed, accommodation, food and facilities were all perfect. Owners were friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating - enjoyed stay x
Cons: Very minor dislike was that the bathroom, and strangely the wardrobe (and my clothes in the morning), were quite cold, however, in no way did this spoil my stay x

Pros: Short walk from Perth city centre, warm welcome from the host, Peter. Lovely double room with all the facilities I needed. Great breakfast with plenty available to eat.

Pros: The building is lovely With high ceilings and big rooms ,Peter the host was great and the breakfast was fantastic.
