Pros: Staff were very friendly, polite and professional. The room was clean and spacious, with a newly fitted en-suite bathroom.

Pros: The location was absolutely Beautiful. Very close to lots of great walks. The staff were extremely helpful, and friendly. Lots of choice at the bar and the food was lovely. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything I could wish for at a hotel, at a fair price!

Cons: The staff in the restaurant could be friendlier. No wifi in the rooms and no phone data reception.

Pros: Room super clean and lovely choice of wall cover. Very warm and cosy, as needed, on a cold, wet and baltic day. The check in girl was welcoming and inviting. The bar staff were also welcoming especially the young guy from Cornwall, sorry I did not catch his name... My friend and I had a lovely stay even though the weather was ice cold and lashing down
Cons: Perhaps toast could be offered with breakfast.

Pros: Room was lovely,, staff member who checked us in was welcoming g etcapart from breakfast times so no breakfast for us
Cons: Shower in room was Leeming so no hot water, told by member of staff breakfast finished 10am when it finished 9.30am so member of staff put me on inquoition regards who told me meanwhile saying you've missed breakfast

Cons: Limited choice for food breakfast & evening meal (though understand that due to their location and they had just re-opened and very few rooms were taken) lukewarm water for the shower

Pros: Loved the bar, the service, live music, breakfast. On the whole the surroundings were beautiful and the hotel has a soul. Staff where absolutely amazing.
Cons: Only the fact that I work in construction industry and small imperfection which could be solved within minutes were a little catching my eye.
