Pros: Well equipped and comfortable apartment with an interesting view over the marina and waterway. Choice of restaurants on site. Bus to Plymouth centre took 10 minutes and ran half-hourly so could leave the car on site. All cleaning materials, bedding and towels provided. James was very helpful and welcoming.

Cons: Strong SW wind did whistle round the building outside but our North facing apartment was warm and quiet. Apartments on the other side may be quite noisy if it's windy.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful and in such a good location. Lots of restaurants on your doorstep and the buildings were beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cons: It was quite light in the bedroom in the mornings as the light came through the blinds. A very minor problem but if I could improve on this place this would be it.

Pros: Have stayed in RWY before .Its a nice apartment ( they are all pretty much the same inside due to restrictions on what you can actually do inside an historic building). This one (18 Brewhouse) has a view over the inner harbour. It was surprisingly quiet given it sits over one of the restaurants but I should imagine it might be a little noisier in the summer if you have the windows open ! Adequately furnished ( no dishwasher) , plenty of local restaurants within the development and a pleasant spot for a short break.

Cons: Its quite a long way from where you park the car to the apartment due to the configuration of the building !

Pros: Great location. Spotlessly clean and quirky apartment. Perfect for a small family (2 adults, 1 toddler) as long as you're careful with the stairs and general safety within rooms but that's to be expected!
