Totally unique studio in the amazing Royal William Yard development located on the waterside in Plymouth... Amazing location - 10ft french windows flood the flat with light and the high ceilings give the impression of a grand apartment - though its really comfortable and well arranged- Great kitchen with all usual appliances etc - And a superb shower room with power shower and full sized mirrors- free parking for one car - need your reg number ! Plenty of on site restaurants so cooking isnt essential !! Truly amazing location !!

its a magical location - jutting out into the water but moments from the city centre- its quiet - upmarket - and just an amazing location

Pros: Hosts were fantastic with great communication before, during and after the stay. Apartment was small but cosy with great facilities and location. Would defiantly stay again

Pros: Kevin was the perfect host, the communication was quick, he made the check in etc easy, you can’t fault the location, simply beautiful, had easy parking and the apartment is great, has everything you would need, and the shower is awsome!!!! I really enjoyed being there, early morning walks around the marina and to the beach can’t beat it, top drawer
