*****Please note this listing is for two bedrooms. ***** Ryndle House is a very new holiday let. The house was totally refurbished and is a lovely place to stay. It is a 3 bed room semi detached house in one of Scarborough's more desirable areas. 2019 was its first year being available as a holiday let. This listing is for bedroom 1 which is a double bedroom at the rear of the property and bedroom 2 which is a twin room at the front of the property. The other bedroom will be locked off during your stay. Its location is a big plus. Peasholm park is just at the end of Ryndle walk. The Beach is 10 minutes walk away. Alparmare water park is also 10 minutes away. Scarboroughs open air theatre with acts such as Kylie Minogue and Cliff Richard is also 10 minutes walk. Once you have arrived you can park your car and leave it for the time your in Scarborough. The house has all modern furnishings, 2 reception rooms, gardens front and rear. The rear garden has a large decked area with sea views (over the rooftops). The bathroom has a large walk in shower.

I used to have a hotel in Scarborough but am now semi retired. If all is well you probably wont meet me as the keys for the house will be in a key safe and the house is all ready for you. If you do need me for anything you will have a number to contact me on.

Ryndle house is located on a very quiet residential tree lined road. There are local shops with the basic essentials only 5 minutes walk away. The North Bay is only around 10 - 15 minutes walk away. There are various bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Parking on the road is free. There is a drive to park your car on but you can only get out of your car on one side due to a wall.
