The apartment is modern and clean, with oak wood flooring throughout and clean white decor. The reception room faces South West, overlooking a park. Floor to ceiling windows make the property wonderfully bright, screened with electric venetian blinds. The large windows and balcony doors make it airy and we have fans in each room to keep the temperature pleasant in summer. An acoustic partition, which folds in seconds, makes the space highly versatile, so if you do not need a 3rd bedroom the reception room can be extended to a large open space. The 3rd bedroom can be arranged with either twin single beds or a king sized bed. The location is great for access to central London, with 5 tube stations within 10 minutes' walk. Situated with Notting Hill on one side and Shepherds Bush on the other, there is plenty to do within walking distance.
We try to welcome guests in person, but a key safe enables guests to check in at any time of day or night. An instruction manual gives all information about the appliances in the apartment and information on local travel and shopping.
The apartment is on the edge of the Holland Park and Notting Hill district, postcode W11. The property is in a modern building, but a few steps to the East are the exclusive Holland Park period houses in white stucco. You can walk up tree-lined Holland Park avenue to Notting Hill and Portobello Market. To the West is Shepherds Bush with its famous market, shops and the largest shopping mall in London, Westfield, just 5 minutes from the property. There are a few shops within 200 metres of the property, including a small supermarket open to 11pm, useful for picking up food on arrival.

Cons: It was a bit untidy. A very messy drawer, a cupboard with paintbuckets, a cardboard box stuck between fridge and cupboard. The little bathroom shower couldn’t provide cold water, the lowest setting was a bit too warm for me. The beds were too small for us: my feet stuck out at the bottom (I never have that anywhere with my 1.89m) and could have been broader regarding the size of the room. Overall I thought the apartment was okay, but far too expensive for what it was.

Pros: Toutes les commodités sont à proximité. Environnement calme. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
Cons: 3ème chambre qui est optionnelle dans le prolongement de la cuisine/séjour/sàm. Il y fait un peu plus frais dans la matinée et le lit est un matelas gonflable mais on y dort très bien. Table pour manger un peu juste pour 6 personnes. Manque un peu de vaisselle.
