Pros: My room was spotlessly clean Great location just a short walk into Keswick Matt the host was very informative and friendly,was even given a some of his home made cake on leaving which was a lovely guesture Will definitely return!!!

Pros: Everything aspect of our weekend was spot on. Matthew was extremely helpful. The breakfast was lovely and beautifully presented. Our dog was made very welcome. Our room was immaculately clean and well-equipped, if a little small. (Matthew has larger rooms available, so we will book one of those next time). The guest house was perfectly located, only a short walk to the centre of Keswick. All in all, we had a perfect weekend! Thank you!

Pros: Went up to Lake District for a few days away with my my best friend and my dog, Gus. Matt and Paul were so welcoming and friendly and made the while stay really comfortable. Gus really liked them too. There is a big bookcase full of DVD’s for the TV’s in the room. Breakfast is great. It’s a very short walk into town and to the lake. Couldn’t fault it at all! Will be returning in the summer for another stay. Would 100% recommend.

Pros: Perfect location just a 5 minute walk from the centre and so nice and quiet and with lots of free off road parking. The owners were so welcoming and friendly, and took the time every morning to ask if you needed walking routes, gave you a weather update, gave pub and restaurant recommendations and generally were perfect hosts! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back in the summer for some drier walks!

Pros: Very welcoming hosts. Stayed in the king suite; lovely spotless room with really comfy bed. Breakfast excellent. Ideal location for exploring Keswick, although we didn't get to see too much with the storm!! Definitely plan to return.

Pros: Brilliant guest house, ideal location, great hosts. Rooms were lovely and very clean. Will be visiting here again in the near future. Breakfast was probably the best I’ve had 10/10
