Nestled in the popular area of St Werburgh's, this old but freshly renovated house is both spacious and practical. The heart of the house is the kitchen and living area which have been developed to create a large, well lit, single open space for group living and work. Both of the main bedrooms enjoy ensuite bathrooms and have large windows to let in the light.

I moved to Bristol in 2018 following 12 years in the military. I chose to live in Bristol not just for the unique culture that the city possesses, but also to get greater access to the surrounding areas such as Cheddar Gorge and South Wales for pursuits such as climbing and mountain biking.

St Werburgh's is one of my favourite areas of Bristol. Not only is it ideally located (15 minute walk into the city and easy to access from outside of Bristol), but the area enjoys it's own culture which embodies the relaxed and alternative culture that Bristol is renowned for. In the local community centre, just 70 metres from the front door, you can have coffee and home made cake at the popular Neck of the Woods Café. Mina Road High Street is just 200m down the road where you will find your key local amenities and a number of further cafes and restaurants including Nepolita, an amazing Italian restaurant where I have been for more meals than I can count! Go a little further and you will find the Wiper and True brewery where you can enjoy great beer on the site itself and the occasional weekend festival that they throw. If you fancy an inspiring stroll, walk further up the Mina Road High Street, past the Church and through the tunnel to the surreal and magical village surrounding St Werburgh's Farm and café! For the more extreme, you can visit Bloc or the local Church (5 minutes walk) to go bouldering or indoor climbing.
