Pros: Staff helping to avoid high taxi cost in the morning to travel to airport, by calling a local and very kind gentleman :0)

Cons: The Booking.com, arrival on same day message, hadn't been received but once I called to double check that they knew we were arriving, staff very kind and helpful. Totally separate to this hotel but taxi costs from Kirkwall are extortionate out to the villages and Mainland Orkney

8.8 Great Breakfast, good staff, beautiful location. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Excellent and tasty breakfast. Very good ambience and homely feel. Very friendly staff. Extremely gorgeous views out of the window and walks around the property. The whole Orkney Islands has got to be one of the most beautiful places on the planet.

Cons: Struggling to come up with something really. Lunch closed early but that was our fault not checking the times. The shape of the rooms at the top into the loft could be challenging if you are very tall.
