Pros: Fantastic views. Very spacious apartment. Very clean and well presented. Kitchen excellent including higher bench top and well provisioned. Bed comfortable. Huge main bathroom and an ensuite. Well organised information. Proximity to holiday park gives access to many extra facilities.
Cons: Very steep and awkward access to the beach, need to be aware of. Unfortunately hot water system packed it in during our stay and seemed to be a known issue, in fact being overhauled immediately after our stay. Response from owner and management staff was quite fast, however given the tariff would have been nice that this issue was resolved before our stay and a quick follow up to confirm all ok later that day. Wi-Fi a bit spotty and slow. Hanging light in main lounge area unnecessarily low. Pillows too flat. Property managed through a third-party from booking.com so introduced convoluted approach for payment and the way information is provided such as check in instructions, which included incorrect details and phone numbers. Don't need this when travelling.

Pros: Great spot for our weekend away. Great if you have your kids as you can pop up to the holiday park and use the kids pool and the soft play. Perfectly pleasant and comfortable.
Cons: It is a bit of a walk into town but you wouldn’t get the view without it. Also, access needs to be sorted out by the council, the lane is overgrown and in a terrible state. I’d be furious paying rates and having to put up with that.

Pros: The flat is big, very clean and has beautiful views. The kitchenware is exactly what you need. The leaving area is very pleasant and very cozy. The beds are very comfortable and all the linen is provided.
Cons: The heating system is not working properly. It's either you have central heating or hot water. You can't have both. There seems to also be a preset timer so you won't have central heating after a certain time in the night. The hot water is not hot enough for a shower unless you put "hot water booster". However, you can't have Hot water booster and central heater on at the same time, it will crash the system! We found this very disappointing, especially when you are travelling with children, and not covering the basic needs of a rental property. The owner helped but that didn't fix the problem. I believe the system needs to be changed and improved.

Pros: Very spacious and well equipped apartment with beautiful views. Great location - proximity to Woolacombe and Mortehoe is excellent and there are lovely walks on the doorstep. Lovely to have a balcony and the sofa in the front window is a great spot to enjoy the views. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Heating system was erratic - comprehensive instructions were available but we still found it cold. We weren't aware that the property overlooked the tennis and golf of the holiday park; not a problem at this time of year but could be very noisy in peak season. Not a problem with the unmade track to the apartment, other than the overgrown bushes at the entrance which scratched the car every time we went in and out.
