Pros: Scenery was good, Lodge was good.
Cons: Had to pay extra for towels... No complimentary tea or coffee in the lodge.

Pros: Based in the beautiful New Forest, our caravan was fully equipped, clean, warm and the surrounding areas were lovely.
Cons: No information pack about how to use the oven, fire etc

Cons: No Wifi in the accommodation. We had to sit for hours in the cafe which did have Wifi. One could say that we don't go to Sandy Balls to use our computers all day - my answer would be that I would like that choice. I had work to do, my kids had homework to do, and it was so frustrating that we couldn't do this because Sandy Balls have chosen not to invest in Wifi. It ruined our holiday and we will not go back there again.

Cons: Service in bar and restaurant very slow , accommodation looking tired .

Pros: Beautiful scenery, modern caravans, excellent restaurants and leisure facilities.
Cons: The sign posts around the site could be more easy to follow.

Pros: Proseco, coffee and milk in the place for us on arrival.
Cons: 10am checkout, thats not good getting 9 people up and have breakfast and out by 10! They need to have fans in each room. It was very hot.
