Set just 0.2 miles from the seafront and Skegness Pier, this B&B offers rooms that were refurbished in 2018, and limited free parking. The town centre is a 5-minute stroll away.

Cons: The only thing I can complain about is the floor was very slippery

Pros: Clean room and bathroom, comfy bed, nice host who greeted us with keys and accommodated when we were late from BHam.
Cons: Great hotel, would of preferred my own bathroom though but cant complain at the price!

Pros: We did not have breackfast
Cons: breakfast included with longer time ie 9am -10.30am A plug socket near to the mirror and dresser would of been an advantage

Pros: This hotel is very good value for money and close enough to the pier and attractions. Room was small but quite suitable for our requirements, and seems to have had a refurb. Overall pleasant stay.
Cons: Very limited parking. Had to find alternative parking away from the hotel, but found approximately 10 mins walk away

Pros: everything was all good clean and in a good location this is the same hotel stayed at years ago will come again ,love skegness only one thing the poor reception on the telly

Pros: The room was clean. And the bed was comfy.Only downside was having to share the bathroom.
Cons: The breakfast was good appart from the bacon was overdone.

Pros: the owners where more than friendly we was left to our own devices but they was only a bell ring away. rooms have been modernized and was comfy and clean perfect just to rest your head.
