Brighton / Near Royal Pavilion

Pros: No breakfast. But views were great.

Cons: Only 1 plug in room.

Pros: We booked the family room which was for two adults, one teenager and a smaller child. Was very spacious with a generous sized en-suite bathroom and there was also a balcony with a great view. Graham and his wife were very friendly and made us feel looked after. We arrived just as the cafes and restaurants were shutting down due to the coronavirus but they had no problem with us ordering takeaway in and eating on the premises to ensure we had dinner. Graham also does a lovely cooked breakfast.

Cons: The car park area could be bigger.

Pros: Location , comfort peace and relaxing stay

Pros: My daughter booked this hotel for us as being close to the location needed for a memorial for my late brother. Graham at the hotel was friendly and welcoming, the room was beautiful with fantastic sea views, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there were no time constraints on returning as we were given a key to access the hotel whenever we wanted to. I would highly recommend and definitely intend to book and stay again in the family room with our 2 grandchildren. Thank you Graham for a wonderful experience at your lovely hotel. A*
