A spacious, comfortable newly built apartment in a traditional Regency building with free parking for one car, five minutes' walk to the beach lift and Spa complex, 20 minutes walk to Oliver’s Mount and town centre. The accommodation occupies the whole top floor with a private lift entrance directly into the flat. Steps from the large living/dining room lead to the private balcony with sea views and there are panoramic vistas from every window. Please note that the lift is quite small and won't take a wheel chair or push chair unless folded up. (36" by 36" 225kg)

The nearest shops are out of the front door or back door. Turn right from the front door and then next right or turn left from back door and then right. This will take you to the local supermarkets including Sainsbury's and Costcutter, cafe, post office, takeaway, Pizza Hut and Chinese, and a number of other independent retailers. There is a large Tescos at the end of Filey Road more or less opposite the Stephen Joseph Theatre. Heading towards the sea on Prince of Wales Terrace on the right is a small park with a seating area which is good for dog walking. At the end of the road is the superb view of whole South Bay, harbour and town overlooked by castle on the cliff tops. From this viewpoint you have a choice of directions left, right or down the lift. Straight ahead is the lift to the beach, gardens, the famous Clock Cafe and the Scarborough Spa complex including the wonderful Winter Gardens. From there you can walk all the way to South Bay and the harbour. Walk to the right for a few minutes slightly up hill past the large flower beds and you’ll find the entrance to South Cliff gardens: a labyrinth of lovely paths leading down to the beach past the Clock Cafe,
