As you enter the arched door into the tiled hallway, you will feel the sense of space and calmness. To the left is the lounge with feature stone fireplace and Bose music system. The bay window faces St George’s Church and there is a feature stained glass window to the side. French doors lead to the dining kitchen, where you will find a dining table for 6 people, washer, dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, and toaster. From the hall way there is a downstairs cloakroom with WC. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table and large built in wardrobe. It looks out onto the church and has the benefit of an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a king size bed with built in wardrobes, dressing table, comfy chair and two windows with lovely views of the River Kent and Gooseholme Park. The third bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe and dressing table. The second and third bedrooms share a large bathroom with oversized bath and separate shower cubicle.
