Scorrabrae

Pros: The views and setting of Scorrabrae couldn't have been prettier or more convenient, and breakfast every morning was delicious. Hands down though, getting to know our hosts was the best part of our visit; if we come back to Orkney, we'll be staying here again for sure!

Cons: No complaints.

Pros: Very nice place. Patricia is a fantastic Host. Room was big and tidy. Very quiet area. Very good breakfast.

Pros: The owner Patricia was so accommodating from the moment we arrived. A 5 Star facility it most definitely is not, BUT I’ll give it 10 Stars for customer service. This is her home and your staying in a house not a hotel. It’s rustic and serves the purpose more than adequately. Treat the owner as a long lost friend and you’ll have great conversations. It is exactly as she describes on the tin and we were very happy with our stay. We were also fortunate enough to experience a couple of home cooked dinners but alas I believe we had the “last supper” here due to her being so busy. She gets a lot of repeat customers which should say something. We would return in a heartbeat. Many Thanks from AL & Mei Lan.

Pros: Very friendly and welcoming. Feels like a home, breakfast was good & a good variety of items. Bedrooms were comfortable. Location was good as I was between everything I wanted to do.

Pros: Warm welcome. Characterful and comfortable place. Not too posh so we could relax. Trish is a brilliant cook. We ate delicious food. Gorgeous views. Great to be able to bring our dog who was made very welcome. Would love to come back. Thank you Trish!
