Pros: The room was very big and the upto date TV great not a little portable as in some hotels. Clean and comfy beds.
Cons: Gaining entry the door was locked and no one answered the bell. We rang the number and got told there was nothing he could do. We rang the other number and managed to explain we were outside waiting to gain entry. The same guy let us in?

Pros: The cost, very good value for money. Easy parking for free. Cleanliness satisfactory. Warm. Free wifi, no problems with it. Had all the very basic stuff required.
Cons: Doesn't cost anything to smile and be friendly, reception staff member could take this on board. It does make a difference in terms of recommendation and whether people return or not. Website mentioned free continental breakfast, but there was no mention of any breakfast at all at the hotel or a breakfast room.

Cons: Bathroom had been done up but I do these things for a living and room was done by a cowboy with cheap materials. Also shower had no temperature lock so highly dangerous

Pros: Close to airport, Paisley town centre and train station. Staff were helpful and vending machine in the hotel! Beds were comfy and room was tidy. Decent sized car park out the front. Taxi number and WiFi codes are listed in the hotel so you don’t have to ask anyone to do it for you.
Cons: The room was quite small for a twin room but it was clean and tidy. Paid £10 early check in fee even though the room was ready when we arrived at 11am.
