Pros: Very homely feel and such beautiful hosts!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect!
Situated in Balintore, 26.1 miles from Dundee, Scotland Shooting Club features a restaurant and free WiFi.
The country house offers a children's playground.
After a day of hiking, skiing or cycling, guests can relax in the garden or in the shared lounge area.
Ballater is 24.2 miles from Scotland Shooting Club, while Blairgowrie is 15.5 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Dundee, 18 miles from the accommodation, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.
An old country house without any comfort, immersed in the endless green of wonderful Scotland, we have no luxury whatsoever, but relaxation is guaranteed, if you want to get out of everyday stress, believe me, this is the right place.
I have been working for several years in the representation of the Shooting Club a hunting sports association that offers hunting tourist trips at very competitive prices to its members.
We are 30 minutes from the city of Dundee and 40 minutes from Perth. You can organize excursions to the famous whiskey distilleries or visit the beautiful royal castles. Just 15 minutes away we have the Castle of Glamis and 5 minutes away Balintor Castle.

Pros: We used the shooting club as a base to visit family in Dundee as they were dog friendly. The area was amazing for our dog. He had acres of land to play in and also played with the family dog. The area was stunning, we saw buzzards and owls daily; and the accommodation had everything we required. Really clean, hot water in the showers and wonderful hosts who went out of their way to make our stay brilliant. It was only a short stay but we’ll definitely be back again with cameras to explore and visit sights such as Glamis Castle!

Pros: The hosts and their dog welcomed us and check in was easy and smooth. The rooms were a great size and beds were comfortable. We were there during Hogmanay and we wanted to do a fire and fireworks and the hosts had no problem at all. They are super accommodating and lovely people. We would happily stay here again!
Cons: The rooms were a little cold in the evening and we didn’t know how to adjust the heating

Pros: Marlon Brando, the black Labrador -:) Absolutely gorgeous dog and very friendly. The view was spectacular, and it was so peaceful. I sat outside for a couple of hours just enjoying the scenery. Olga the landlady was very nice and helpful.
Cons: Nothing, I liked it there. It is of the beaten track, no light pollution, as nature intended.
