A three bedroom holiday home in Pett, East Sussex. With outstanding views across the Sussex coast and countryside, Sea Bank is a fabulous holiday home for up to five guests. A spacious and inviting living room, with French doors leading to the garden, has an open fire - perfect for those cooler evenings. There is a fully equipped kitchen diner, with doors to the terrace and outdoor seating area. Sea Bank has three bedrooms - one kingsize, one twin with an ensuite shower room, and one single. There is also a downstairs family bathroom. The garden is a good size and slopes deeply in places so please take care when outside. A path from the garden leads directly to the beach by a ten minute walk. An additional charge will be made for each dog (guide dogs for the blind and registered assistance dogs excepted). Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog with you and we will add the dog fee to the booking for you. This property will accept a maximum of one dog.

Sea Bank is situated in the village of Pett, with a village Post Office selling general provisions, two pubs, a popular tea room and a church. In the vicinity are spectacular cliff top walks, a local nature reserve and bird sanctuary. Hastings Country Park Nature Reserve, stretching from Hastings to Cliff End & Pett Level where it gives access to the beach, is a unique 660 acre area of maritime sandstone cliff, with a cliff top area of grassland and heath, woodland, glens covered with gorse and trees, nature trails and spectacular walks, one of which leads to the coast at Fairlight Glen. Set in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, most of the park has been designated a special Area of Conservation and a Site of Special Scientific Interest & is a walkers' paradise. Hastings is around 5 miles away and has a traditional seaside feel, with its bustling arcades and fresh fish stalls. Hastings Old Town is picturesque and quaint, with a mixture of antique shops, boutiques and cafes. The town is famous for the biggest beach fishing fleet in Europe and much of the tradition has been kept.
