With a bijou kitchenette inclusive of microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and coffee machine, you can eat, drink and relax at your own pace whilst watching Freeview TV or sitting out on your own private deck enjoying your complimentary breakfast. With an abundance of walks right on our doorstep starting at the Arks, we would encourage you to walk the sea walls around the island and by foot only you will come to a beautiful beach where if you are lucky enough you will see the seals. Bring your own paddle boards or kayaks and go from our slipway at high tide out on to the waters or if cycling is more your thing head up to the South downs where you will experience amazing views. Just a 15 minute walk from the marina you can head into Emsworth, a beautiful small town with a strong fishing, sailing and boat building heritage. Here you will find pubs with open fires and family run restaurants. There is a railway station in Emsworth served by frequent trains from Portsmouth, Chichester and London Victoria. In just 30 minutes you can be at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. Goodwood Race course is only a short 20 minute drive away where they hold all their annual events.
