Our Mobile Home is located within meters of the stunning coastal path with panoramic cliff top and sea views, situated on the Landscove Holiday Park near Brixham and within a few hundred meters of the famous and beautiful Berry Head. Our holiday home has double glazing and central heating throughout, additionally a tower fan is available if required. We have one double bedroom and two twin rooms, all beds will be made up with clean linen. To keep our costs to a minimum and hence try to keep our rental fee down we ask guests to bring their own large towels, we do provide clean hand towels for the two toilets and kitchen. The main shower room has a shower enclosure, toilet and sink whilst the second a toilet and sink. A hair dryer is supplied in the main shower room. The kitchen benefits from a gas cooker, a microwave, fridge freezer, air fryer, toaster, toasty machine, sink and a good assortment of utensils. On site there are two swimming pools, one indoor, one out, both are available for a very modest weekly fee (at the time of writing six pounds per week per person) Two bars, a restaurant, frequent entertainment and an arcade are all within the sites Club House.

We, the owners of "Sea Breeze" live within a short distance of Brixham, we welcome couples and families to our home, we carry out all the cleaning and maintenance with great care and attention. We want every guest to feel welcome from entering the balcony gateway until the day they leave. We strive to maintain the highest standards and hope that our guests appreciate this and treat it with respect as if it were their own home. Our aim is for our guests to have a wonderful and relaxing time whilst staying in "Sea Breeze" and leave wanting to return in the very near future. Upon your arrival you will find a welcome pack including a few essentials to start your visit off including an introductory supply of tea, coffee and sugar etc. A small convenience store is available on site and all the usual shops and supermarkets are in Brixham or surrounding areas. Also on the site and near the shop is a laundromat where you can wash and dry clothing. There is free parking for one vehicle alongside Sea Breeze ensuring ease of loading and unloading for your holiday possessions and shopping etc.

Brixham and the surrounding towns and villages are well known for their beautiful sea and landscapes, with miles of coastal footpaths literally within meters of your doorstep you'll be delighted with our location whether you like all day hikes or short country strolls. Dartmoor is within 45 minutes (traffic permitting) with its own beautiful countryside, wildlife and traditional English Pubs. The port of Brixham itself is a short walk and has some of the country's foremost fish restaurants and great dining experiences along. To the West lie Kingswear, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Salcome whilst to the East Brixham, Paignton, Torquay, Newton Abbot, Teignmouth and Shaldon. Sea fishing is readily available whether from any of the beaches, rocky out crops or piers and jetty's, with boats available for individual or group charters from multiple locations and charter boats. If simply relaxing or enjoying your down time is more your thing then this is a wonderful site to be staying on, many of the lodges and homes are residential and most the holidaying guests are couples or small family units enjoying a great time together in a rural and quiet setting.
