The cottage is located on Strand Road. it is a quaint getaway for couples and families alike, and is fully contained with two bedrooms, and has an open plan dining - living area, a separate kitchen and utility room, and raised enclosed garden. The living area has an open fire, for those cold and blustery evenings, when you just want to snuggle up and relax. We are three minutes walk to Portstewart Promenade with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, and two minutes walk to the famous Cliff "Nuns'" walk which leads to Portstewart Strand, which stretches for 2.5 kilometres, and is overlooked by Portstewart Golf Club, comprising 36 holes.
We are a couple who enjoy life by the coast and all it has to offer - peace and quiet, yet lively if you so desire.
The cottage is located on Strand Road, a short walk to Portstewart Promenade, the beach, two magnificent golf courses, a host of shops, restaurants and bars, and within a short drive of the Giant's Causeway, Carrick - a - Rede rope bridge, and the Bushmills Distillery. The property is in a prime beach location, with a blue flag beach run by the National Trust, a major attraction to families, sportspeople and elderly people alike. The town of Portstewart boasts several award – winning, excellent restaurants, many within walking distance.

Pros: Fantastic location near the beach. The hosts had thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Cons: The shower could do with being updated but that’s nit picking.

Pros: We all loved Sea Breeze as a family. Beds were ver comfy. A high level of cleanliness throughout the property.A very handy little cottage within walking distance to the Beach.
Cons: Overall there was not much we didn't like, however a freezer in the kitchen would have been a great help to refreeze my ice packs and keep ice in. In the bottom bedroom twin beds instead of double would have been better. My son and daughter had to share!!!!!!

Cons: The front door and the entrance with family games were the first impression and I was not happy, however the rest of the house was lovely and clean and very nice☺

Pros: The cottage was pretty well equipped and in good working order, comfortable beds. It was quite clean and tidy. The area was quiet.
Cons: Difficult to find even with SatNav. The given address didn't match the actual road where we accessed the property. One of the bedrooms had a really small wardrobe which couldn't be used for hanging clothes as there were no hangers and no use borrowing from other bedroom since there was no rail to place the hangers on! To see the "sea view" we had to go outside and there was about 30 degrees of sea visible from the front lawn.

Pros: This was a lovely cottage to rent. Really comfortable and clean and the kitchen had every thing I wanted. The lock box for the key is a great idea because you are not under pressure to arrive at a particular time.
