Sea Crest is located from the hallway up two flights of seven wide light, bright carpeted and easily negotiated stairs, with a large stable handrail, making it suitable for children of all ages and people with walking difficulties. This apartment has an enormous balcony running the full length of the front of the apartment with floor to ceiling sliding patio doors giving maximum impact on the stunning views. It also has a large balcony at the back of the apartment with your own patio furniture for four overlooking the private suntrap of the back garden. Assess to the garden is via the private staircase leading down from the balcony. The living area has a 32" flat screen TV with built in DVD player and radio, with a three seater sofa and chair overlooking the sea views. The dining area has a dining table and seating for four to six people with a large double glazed window overlooking the back garden.
