Allocated parking space right outside of the property and less then 3 minutes walk from the train station. FREE WIFI, NETFLIX. Short walking distance from all the main attractions - Pier, Harbour, Restaurants, Pubs, Cinema, Arcades, Shops and so much more - sea safari, jet skies, kayaking... Perfect for couple's getaway, but can sleep 4 thanks to a large sofa bed in the lounge. Eco friendly focused.

Beautiful sandy beach is less than two minutes walk from the flat, which comes with Paignton Pier, Harbour, Restaurants, Pubs, Archades, Cinema, Shops and so much more. Many gorgeous places for stunning views and different types of beaches all reachable within 15 -30 mins drive. (tips and pictures provided in the welcome book) For food shopping there is a Lidl less than 3 mins from the flat, Sainsbury's, Morrions, Aldi and petrol stations are less than 10 mins drive. If you travel by car, we provide a private parking space, allocated right outside of the property. Easy to get to, as it is right by the sea front. Train station and buss station is less than 5 minutes walk from the flat. Torbay (which is Torquay, Paignton and Brixham) offers a lot, especially if you know where to go.
