9 Very clean, comfortable and well kept place to stay

Pros: Incredibly clean, very nicely kept, comfortable and well equipped. We were the only people staying at the time, so going to and from the bathroom in our PJs was not a problem. Lovely view of the beach. Owners were very welcoming, informative and relaxed. We had a really comfortable stay. Free on street parking close by was handy, and many places to eat and drink are within walking distance. Well equipped kitchen and living room is a nice bonus!

Cons: The room was very cold despite the heating being on, but the rest of the building was nice and warm (we were staying out of season in winter). The bathroom is two floors down from the bedroom we were staying in - a long trip for a middle of the night toilet trip. (None of the bedrooms are on the same level as the bathrooms due to the buildings design) The property is right on the sea front which is nice and very convenient, but the road between the beach and the house is a busy double lane one so can be a little noisy in the morning.

Pros: Comfort

Cons: The advert was very misleading. It sounded like a place just for 1 couple or a single person. It was absolutely no good at all to share a fridge and toilets.

Pros: We booked a second night stay and he put himself out and delivered the keys to us at a different location to the property. Was very pleased with this service.

Cons: The owner was really nice and very accommodating to our requests.
