Having lived and worked in Coniston all my life ,Paul and myself are on hand to give you lots of local information we also own the Meadowodore Cafe in the village most days we can be found there to help with any queries you may have during your stay. during our down time we like walking our working cocker spaniel Alfie, eating out and going to the local cinema in Ambleside

Pros: Caravan was very well equipped. Very clean. Nice decor. Had to move on 3rd night due to a problem, not the owners fault but he was very helpful. Their other caravan was also very lovely. A bit bigger so alot more comfier and easy to move around in. Kevin was very lovely and came to apologise but it was all fine with us. I should imagine in the summer it's a different experience on the site. Shame it's not made as clear it's all closed in October half term.

Cons: The holiday park was a little messy. Caravans moved all over the place blocking the roads as everywhere was closed. Not the owners fault but I think it felt a little derelict. The caravan was 'cosy'. I think a tight squeeze if you were a little chubby... Try and pay direct as booking.com was £45 more just to book through them... Not going to lie it was very cold so we made good use of the heaters.

Pros: Lovely holiday home in central location close to beach and supermarkets. The extra touches like towels and sun beds were great and even toiletries and tea making stuff for a cuppa on arrival. Would definitely like to book again !!

Pros: Spotlessly clean caravan, lovely decor, excellent facilities. All the added extras made it so special. The location of the caravan on the park is ideal, tucked away in a corner. The decking area was so nice, lovely to be able to sit and eat outside. The communication from the owners is spot on too, very easily contacted if needed. The site is brilliant, not too big but has a clubhouse, play area and splash park/pool. Sad to find out that the pool isnt heated as advertised though!

Pros: Great location. Well maintained, pet friendly, clean and comfortable accommodation on a nice camp-site with a swimming pool. Beautiful beach nearby and Bude is a very nice town.

Cons: Can get hot inside during the day and chilly at night but not a problem for us.
