Gareth and Mark took over the guesthouse in 2017. Previously Gareth was a Social Worker and Mark was a Director of a national Charity. Since taking over the guesthouse they are transforming the B&B and updating the facilities and services. This year 2 rooms have been refurbished with plans to improve guest services in 2021/22. Our plans include transformation of the front garden so that guest have a place to relax. We hope you enjoy our guesthouse as much as we do.

The Seacroft Guesthouse is in a central position, close to the beaches, harbour, town and many attractions are within walking distance. Many of our guests return as they love our location, especially being on the flat and most park their cars and use the public transport, as we have trains, buses and ferries all on our doorstep for local journey's or further afield. Paignton, is in the middle of Torbay with Torquay and Brixham either side of the bay.
