Seafield House

Pros: The property was as expected. Clean, comfortable stay at a reasonable price! It was a bit of commute from Brighton centre but manageable by many bus routes. There was ample of coffee, breakfast or eatery options around which made the location very convenient.

Cons: The water temperature in the shower was really moody on occasions. Additional chairs with a little side table in the room were just cluttering the space, the room can do without them. Instead more storage space for luggage could be arranged. None of the above is meant as a critique, just some points how to make the experience better :)

Pros: Staff were really nice, the room was very clean and comfortable! Minimal noise from other rooms and Frank let us check out later than the 1100 which was nice.

Cons: Was a bit of a walk to the city centre but this was only an issue as it was raining all weekend so walking was not so much fun!

Pros: Frank is very welcoming and friendly. The room was exceptionally bright, clean and comfortable.

Pros: A perfect place to stay, excellent lication, nice & clean room, comfy bed, good size room good size toilets. And specially the Host (Frank) a true gentle men. We was suppose to checkout at 11am and he let us stay till 2pm. Will visit again soon.
