Pros: It was perfect location. The staff were all so friendly and the hotel itself was spotless and loads of seats scattered around the inside of the hotel to just sit back and relax. Food excellent.

Cons: I would struggle to find fault with this hotel but as we were there to attend a show which went on quite late I would have loved something to eat before bedtime i.e. a sandwich but all I could get was a cup of tea.

Pros: Breakfast tasted fine. Servers provided good service.

Cons: Disliked very soft pillows. Could not properly adjust radiator to attain optimum room temperature: either too warm or too cold.

Cons: Check out reception was busy one girl we needed taxi and she was busy answering calls we needed to catch train she should of prioritised us rather then answering calls when we were standing there waiting
