Just a few yards from the beach on the border of Worthing and Goring-by-Sea, Seashells is a stunning luxury apartment with fantastic sea views from the sitting room and master bedroom. Entering via stairs on the second floor of this pretty red brick Art Deco building, this seaside holiday home offers spacious accommodation for up to six guests. It features a kitchen fully-equipped with full cooking facilities, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine. The large lounge-diner has a big flat screen Smart TV with Sky, deep sofas, a dining table easily seating six and a chaise longue sat next to the balcony doors, looking over the sea view. Sleeping accommodation consists of a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and a second separate WC. At the far end is the large master bedroom with TV and DVD player, where you can relax and enjoy the sea views directly from the bed.
On the pebble beach just a few metres away, low tide reveals a long, flat expanse of sand and rock pools to explore. Behind the beach towards Goring-by-Sea, a large greensward is a fantastic grassy area to spend a lazy afternoon. Within 5 minutes you can reach Waterwise children’s play park and Marine Gardens with a restaurant and putting green. Worthing centre is a flat 15-minute stroll along the prom, and offers a classic British pier, Pavilion Theatre, Splashpoint Leisure Centre and WOW (Worthing Observation Wheel) – the new giant big wheel with fantastic long-range views along the Sussex Coast and to the South Downs (seasonal opening applies).
