A very welcoming home in an ideal central, yet private location in Aviemore. Aviemore is the main outdoor town in the Cairngorms National Park connected to the national rail network and main A9 road north and south. No 21 is ideal for accessing the centre of the town on foot for all shops, bars and restaurants. You can cycle or walk directly from the property to the endless cycle and walking paths throughtout the national park. It is a short 5 - 8 minute drive to Loch Morlich and 15 minutes from Cairngorm Mountain. We have a spacious fully fenced garden mostly grassed with outside table and shelter for bikes or smokers. There is a grassed garden at the front with large private driveway to park. Our house has a spacious kitchen / dining room with rangemaster gas hob and electric ovens. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. This leads to the utility room / laundry and drying cupboard. There is a seperate living room with log stove, TV and internet. The large double height corridor leads to the 2 double bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two further spacious and light bedrooms with bathroom and seperate double shower

We are very happy to host families, quiet adult groups and well behaved pets. We can provide any local knowledge required by email or telephone. Check in is self service but we remain available throughout your stay if required.

A quiet residential cul de sac with private driveway parking for 2 cars or upto 4 with careful parking. Views towards Craigellachie Nature reserve to the front and across gardens and scots pines to the back. Please be respectful of the local area and quiet neighbourhood. Noise after 10pm should be minimal.
