We hope you will feel cosy, comfortable. It is a brand new building, which feels light and airy. The bathroom/kitchenette are downstairs and the bedroom/ living space is upstairs. Parking is available in front of the property. The reduced price reflects value for the accommodation as it's not fully completed . The kitchen will be fitted soon. We generally lead busy lives... right? Well you will find there is actually no tv here but lots of books, a sofa and a blanket to winddown at the end of the day. Once the terrace has been built, there will be even more relaxing. This kind of sums me up; no fuss, just sensible and straightforward. I'm happy to say; most guests are very good at taking care of the property, for example not wearing shoes in house etc. That helps to make a welcoming space for the next guest. As it is a residential area, there may be the sound of children playing from time to time. There is a large park only 2 mins walk away, which is perfect for a morning jog or just to stretch your legs. Lots of shopping possibilities such as Tesco Express, Sainsburys and some reasonable Chinese and Indian takeaways, not to mention the traditional Fish & Chips. There is a bus stop to the city centre, Bath or Cribbs Causeway just few minutes walk away. You have the option of 2 train stations (Patchway and Bristol Parkway) to choose from which can get you to central Bristol, Bath or Paddington. Patchway is 5 mins walk and Bristol Templemead is 10 min. Rolls Royce, Airbus, GKN, MOD, UWE and EE are in very close proximity.
