A lovely, modern spacious 3 bed and 2 bathroom house with 3 WCs and complimentary use of luxurious hot tub. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, wine cooler and Neff appliances throughout. Washer Dryer, dishwasher. fridge freezer. Master loft bedroom with en suite shower room and toilet. Wardrobes and drawers provided plus ample space for a travel cot.( Provided). 2 Further double bedrooms both with wardrobes and drawers, both share the family bathroom equipped with bath and shower. Downstairs in the entrance hall is a wc and cloak room. The open plan living/dining room provides an 8 seater dining table leading through to a large L shaped sofa and large smart TV showing freeview To the other side is a relaxing Oak sun room with another large TV and sofa which can be used as a double bed settee if required. Outside their is ample parking for 3 cars on the driveway, plus extra parking on the pavement if required. There is a garden plus small river bank beach area to feed the ducks! Welcome to our lovely holiday home set close to wonderful countryside and rural escapes! We live very local and are happy to help with any information and local guidance which may help you enjoy your stay. We have lived in the area most of our lives and know lots of walks both local and further afield. As well as knowledge of the many local attractions this area as to offer. We are very active but love nothing more than relaxing in our hot tub, which is why we thought the holiday home hot tub was the perfect added extra to compliment your stay!

We are situated 6 miles from junction 39 of M1 located between Huddersfield, Barnsley and Wakefield. Denby Dale train station is in the next village and we have bus routes going to Huddersfield, Wakefield and Holmfirth. There are several pubs within walking distance plus takeaways, petrol stations and small supermarkets nearby. We even have a very popular Italian restaurant just around the corner! A local gym and public swimming pool is within walking distance. Local attractions include, Last of the Summer Wine town Holmfirth, Cannon Hall Farm, Holmfirth Vineyard, Yorkshire Sculpture Park and may more. You are able to walk to the Sculpture Park and Cannon Hall via countryside footpaths. The Pennine Way Trail and The Peak District National Park are also close by.
